KB-S - Delta: a t - rex in the snow with a t - rex in the background

The Epoch Series is KB-S’s most ambitious undertaking to date: a long-form musical mythology tracing the history of the universe as he sees and feels it. From the chaos of the Big Bang to the hush of the Ice Age (until the next EP), each installment rewinds time to explore a different phase of existence through sound—no textbooks, no rules, just intuition, emotion, and deep creative curiosity. Every project is its own ecosystem, distinct in tone and texture, but together they form a sweeping audio timeline: atmospheric, grounded, weird, beautiful, and ever-expanding.

The fourth installment in the Epoch Series.

Delta drifts into the cold. Set during the Ice Age, this chapter is the most ambient and chilled in the series so far—minimalist, airy, and touched by stillness. It trades density for space, bringing cooler tones and softer textures into focus. But beneath the frost, there’s still life—quiet rhythms, quiet growth, a quiet refusal to disappear. It’s the sound of survival, buried in snow. The world didn’t end. It just slowed down.
